September 2007 – I would just like to say how very grateful we were for the service that you provided when we had our
electrical problem. We were without electricity from early morning on Saturday the 1st of September and we
made numerous calls to try to find an electrician who was willing to come out and do the necessary repairs the same
day. Your electrician 'Doug' was the only person who responded positively, and despite an already full day, he came
all the way out to Heathfield at about 5pm and sorted out the problem. He was helpful and courteous, and even phoned
the next (Sunday) to ensure that our electricity was still on and that the problem was permanently solved. You do not
come across exceptional service very often these days, so please pass on our thanks to him. Colin Lockett
